Production Assistant

Job Summary:

House of Visuals is looking for a Production Assistant (PA) to support our on-set production team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is eager to gain hands-on experience in film and media production. As a PA, you’ll work closely with directors, cinematographers, and crew members to ensure smooth operations during shoots.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment before and after shoots.

  • Provide on-set support, including handling props, managing cables, and running errands.

  • Ensure crew members have what they need for an efficient production.

  • Help maintain organization on set, keeping the workspace safe and efficient.

  • Coordinate with the production team to facilitate smooth workflow and problem-solving.

Experience/Knowledge Required:

  • Experience in film production or a related creative field is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing production needs.

  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.

  • Familiarity with basic production equipment is a bonus but not mandatory.
